Method for wrapping words when exceeding a given length of characters in an excel cell?

There is a phrase in the cell for example, "Concrete with delivery in St. Petersburg." How to make it so that when the number of required characters (33) is exceeded, the extra word is transferred to the next. cell? Those. we have 2 cells "Concrete with delivery" and "in St. Petersburg"

Is it obligatory that in 2 cells, or just a transfer within the cell? - then the cell setting - "word wrap"
You can cut the text with a formula if you just want to copy it.
That is, make IF the length of the string is greater than 33, then the first 33 characters. The rest is in the second cell.
In general, this can be done normally, you can write a macro in VBA.
Not at all automatic.
