Meta tag Keywords itemprop and name?

Good afternoon, I have a keywords tag on my site (Kulnarny)

<meta itemprop="keywords" content="Метки(Мясо,соль,сахар)">

is it possible to add a tag

<meta name="keywords" content="Ключево запрос(рецепт оливие)">

or is it wrong?

meta name="keywords" is almost never used now. Adding it is largely pointless.
But if it matters to you, then yes, these two tags can be used on the same page. In the first case, you have micro-markup, and in the second, you have a regular meta tag for the page, they are not mutually exclusive.
