Merge video in one line?

Greetings!
Interested in how you can glue several videos into one in the following tricky way.
Let's say there are four video files of the same format, the same length of time, the same resolution (for example, let's say 200x100). It is necessary to get one wide video at the output (in our case, 800x100), where all four video fragments are displayed simultaneously. The sound is not interested, only the picture is needed.
What program can you use? It will be great if it is free software.

Vegas or Premier, Premier definitely has a trial version.
You make a project 800_100, place the video in 4 layers, and expand the position of each video horizontally until you get the desired order and picture.
