Merge multiple sliders into 1?

Destop has 3 sliders as in the screenshot:

on mobile, you need to make 1 out of these 3,

how is it better to do it?

make another one for mobile phones, hide first. Then check if the screen width is less than the desktop, deactivate these 3 and hide them, and activate the one you need.
