Memcached data transfer

Dear community!

There is a memcahed 1.4.13 server that is used as the main storage. I know that this is not entirely correct for many reasons, but this is reality.
You need to transfer all the data to another similar memcached. Stopping and rebooting the primary server is not allowed.
How is it possible to transfer data in the shortest time?

Answer from the developers in the official IRC channel:

Because memcached does not guarentee to provide all keys it is not possible to get a complete "dump".

That is, in principle, it is impossible to do a complete unloading of keys. Only a partial transfer is possible.
