Meizu m1 note vs THL 5000?

There are two smartphones to choose from, Meizu M1 note and THL 5000 .
All reviews about maze are excellent, THL has better characteristics "on paper", but there are bad reviews.
Which one is better, do you think?

Meizu m1 of course. For 1 weighty reason for me, THL will not update the firmware and do not wait for android 5, but meizu will.
