Mediawiki - how to put the CharInsert extension panel in a different place?

I have never worked with Medivic, so this question.
In my private project, I installed the CharInsert extension, which displays characters for quick insertion,

but the socket is inconveniently located. How to put it here? (seen on another site)

Emnip it is inserted into the interface translation lines there. It would be easier if they gave a link to the site where you saw it.

Thanks, I already found the answer. It just wasn't in the Russian docks.
When you install the CharInsert extension, the panel appears at the very bottom. To do as in the second picture, you need to follow the steps from this article
