Media uploader not working on Wordpress?

Actually, after updating to version 3.3.1, my Media Uploader remained the same (that is, without the ability to simply drag and drop files) and when you click on the “Select Files” button, nothing happens at all.
Tried to disable plugins, update engine - to no avail.
Such an unpleasant phenomenon on two projects.
Can anyone tell me what!?

Have you definitely disabled all third-party engine plugins?
I have 3.3.1 on 11 projects. and everywhere everything is OK.
And what browser? Some WP functions were periodically buggy in my Opera. In one of the previous versions of Opera, it was not even possible to edit template PHP files directly from the admin panel.

Did you update manually or automatically?

I had a problem when I included some javascript in my theme.
So:
1. disable all plugins and check
2. if it doesn't help put a default theme (twentyelevn) and check.
