And I decided to make a list of modern technologies that I will use and that make development easier and faster.

CoffeeScript questionable. In my opinion the entry level is a bit high.

CoffeeScript is sugar over JS, that's all.
I understand correctly that you only have a name/general idea of ​​each technology? If so, then first learn JS / Ruby and master GIT. And then how it goes. And yes, I think BEM should be moved to the end, just read for a general acquaintance with the idea and go deeper as needed.
