Maybe because of the disabled floppy and DVD drive, refuse to start Ubuntu?

Hello. I took the motherboard from the repair, there they replaced swollen capacitors.
When assembling, I decided to disconnect the floppy disk and DVD from the motherboard and power supply, because I never used them. There are 2 operating systems on the computer, Elementary os (ubuntu 12.04 in fact) and Win7. Seven loads and works without problems, but Elementary does not. Dark screen. Before the repair, everything worked ..
In Linux, after all, the equipment is checked before the start, I don’t remember in some file there is a list. Could this be the problem? There are floppy and DVD in the config, but they are not physically connected ..

@Exxstyle

check that update-grub generates config with search --no-floppy option
see /boot/grub/grub.cfg

search --no-floppy --fs-uuid --set=root e1f33aea-1e07-4cec-9c93-9c9df153ff66
