When working with a site on wp, the site began to fall with the error user xxx has more than "max_user_connections". Got into phpmyadmin, looked at the limit －10 per user.
Since there are no full rights to the current database, I asked the hoster to increase the limit for a certain user, but was refused in the form: the site uses the Wirth hosting service, where the same limits are set for each user, which allows you to correctly distribute the load.
What is the problem, why can't the limit be increased?
