Matrix mixer not saving parameters?

Win 10 x64 ltsb
It doesn't matter if it's a winamp plugin
Or a separate program
When I change the parameters they change
When I close it and open it again
Everything resets to default
Running as admin didn't help
With direct sound there are no such problems
