Master's degree in IT after a bachelor's degree "not IT"?

Hello, maybe someone came across ..
I graduated from the Faculty of Law (Bachelor, Forensic-Prosecution-Investigation), however, from the 3rd year there was a craving for programming and at the moment I am taking courses, I am trying to develop in this area and it bakes very much that there is no profile education, which, obviously, can scare off potential employers.
I would not really like to retrain for 4 years, is it possible to get a master's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Engineering or similar in such a bachelor? (Belarus, but I suspect there will be no differences with Russia)?
How much will such a master's degree be quoted? (obviously, not all hope is on him, but it would be better if he was)
Thank you.

1. There is now a huge proportion of people with non-core education in IT. Yes, it’s a little more difficult for humanitarians to convince the first employer of their IT professionalism, but it’s easier to get pluses with self-education and experience. And starting from the second job, the profile of your VO does not play a role at all.
So for the sake of the first employment in IT, spending 2+ years is too much.
2. If you are hoping to gain knowledge sufficient to e ... align your positions with specialized IT people, you will not succeed. For the basics, if it doesn’t work out on your own, you need to go to a bachelor’s degree or a second higher education. In the master's program there will be either advanced courses in theory or narrow practical aspects. Plus a few useless ones.
3. Well, there is still a third option. At best - for formal confirmation of already existing knowledge, at worst - "behind the crust". Well, there are times in life when the humanities need an IT crust. It's not hard to get in, it's real. Knowledge will not increase much. Will it be quoted .. Employers, by and large, do not care, see paragraph 1. But you can choose one that is marked with plus signs in Anabin. And I don't even know who else would be interested.
Note. In all three paragraphs, it was about the average domestic magistracy.
