It was necessary to fasten the API of any of the maps (Yandex, Google, Open Street).
In general, first of all, the API is required to determine the travel time, taking into account traffic jams. As far as I know, it would be ideal to use the Yandex.Maps API. It can only be used for Web Applications.
For mobile applications, there is: api.yandex.ru/mapkit/ But: in the conditions I didn’t find anything at all about the possibility of commercial use (everything that is not prohibited is allowed?!)
And it’s not clear what to do with Windows Phone? Theoretically, you can rewrite the necessary components under wp yourself, but is this allowed, for example, by the terms of use?
What can you say about using non-Yandex.Maps?
The Windows Phone platform is very important!
