Mapping Novell folders on Windows 2012 Server?

It is necessary on a terminal server (Win2012) when a user connects to mappit novel disks to him. On old Win2003 terminals in usrlogon.cmd, the command works fine:
net use X: \\server\resource pass /USER:user
On Win2012, the net use command fails with "error 86: The network password is incorrect." The password is correct - 100%.
Tried different syntax, different clients from Novell and Microsoft. Unsuccessfully.
If you go to the Novell network on the server, then net use connects the disks, but then after each system boot you need to manually enter Novell, which is not good.
