[-] mapping_data_source::init error: file not found How to get rid of it?

This error occurs when starting the Windows command line and also constantly climbs into Git Bash. Previously, it did not interfere with the work of commands, but now when I try to clone the repository, I get the following errors:

$ git clone hello cloned_hello
[-] mapping_data_source::init error: file not found
Cloning into 'cloned_hello'...
fatal: protocol error: bad line lengt character: [-]
fatal: write error: Invalid argument

$ git clone hello clonedhello
[-] mapping_data_source::init error: file not found
Cloning into 'clonedhello'...
fatal: protocol error: bad line length character: [-]
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

What could be the problem?
