Many files with Russian characters in BitTorrent Sync

I observe problems when synchronizing some folders among 3 windows7 and 1 Mac OS X machines: some folders and files are not synchronized. The total volume is 11 GB, about 12 thousand files. I updated it to the latest version, tried to change the "secret", changed the folder structure a little, checked .syncignore, but it did not help.
Subjectively, it feels like:
1) It does not work well with a large number of files in a folder
2) It does not work well with Russian characters in the names of files and folders.
About the 1st point here I found that there is no limit on the number of files as such.
About the 2nd one is most likely complete nonsense, but still.
I know there is a special community , but it is English-speaking, and I did not find help in it.
Does it make sense:
- rename files in Latin,
- reduce the number of files in the final folder,
- split the synchronized folder into several folders with "secrets"?

@Spetros

What could it be?

Judging by the description of the problem of an unknown computer with an unnamed OS, it can be assumed that the operation of the "wifi modem" itself (unnamed, presumably USB) or its drivers adversely affects the operation of the PC. The culprit is obvious - it's some kind of wifi modem.

Either it shorts out and the protection of the power circuits or so, or the driver, is triggered.
Start with Ubuntu LiveCD/LiveUSB and try to work from it with the included modem. If the same garbage is - try another whistle.

I also had this. I re-flashed the modem, everything worked perfectly.

possibly short. There was a case, on a poorly protected case of a system unit - you insert a USB flash drive, the computer turns off. although everything is ok. you have a very similar case. something with a mismatch of the electronics, a short circuit can or static electricity even on the contacts when connected
