Managing multiple repositories?

Hello.
The project has several repositories, git and svn. Prompt ready-made solutions in order to version in several repositories at once. Roughly speaking, in order to know git describe and the revision of the svn repository at a particular moment. While I'm doing a script and writing to my database, but I don't like it.
Still interested in a tool for managing multiple repositories (rights, authorization).
