The people, who can advise a simple mail server for windows? - purely for sending notifications from the site, I will be very grateful. Preferably free and easy to use, it will be cool if there is a web-muzzle on some port to hang.

Yes, there aren't any. Basically, they are not very complicated.
They are difficult to administer.

And what for for this mail server? Use email.

Try hMailServer. But I would, for a simple sending of notifications, fasten either a specialized service or use a Gmail / Yandex mailbox with authorization (if there are not many notifications).

Yandex has free mail for the domain. I don't think that loading a server with an extra role, plus administering it, is a good solution. Screw ypdd to the site and there will be happiness.
