Mailer for a small Yii web project

I am very poorly versed in all sorts of smtp and everything related to sending / receiving mail.
You need to send registration letters to users, links to reset their passwords, and so on. About 100 emails per day.
Reception and processing of mail is definitely not needed yet, but it would be cool to have such an opportunity.
I would like to hear advice on how to organize this whole thing more correctly in my case, whether it be services like SendGrid, Amazon SES, Yandex mail for a domain, all sorts of php extensions for yii like swiftmailer, etc.
