Mail.ru: Received-SPF: fail and X-Mru-BL?

I'm setting up a notification system. Did PTR, SPF, DKIM.
But mail on mail.ru stubbornly swears at Received-SPF: fail and X-Mru-BL: -1:-1:-1:-1:-1 is somehow very alarming.

Only one of your two DNS servers answers:
>host -tNS actionlist.ru
actionlist.ru name server ns.chukhlomin.ru.
actionlist.ru name server ns1.twisted4life.com.
>host -tTXT actionlist.ru ns.chukhlomin.ru
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
Therefore, SPF fails.
And X-Mru-BL is just fine.

Email support with logs. Also, mail.ru has a service for webmasters, which writes statistics on mailings and can help in solving problems.
