Mail is not sent to ukr.net, how to get through their greylist?

In general, there is a site, it sends letters of happiness, for example, with a password recovery code. It is sent to all addresses normally, except for ukr.net!
I have exim4 on my host, queue is configured every 5m (-bd -q5m), retry is configured like this:
