Magento Turpentine does not show blocks if access is set to private?

Hello everyone
I have such a problem, I use multi-store, the site does not show the header with standard layout settings.
If I set ajax in path/to/theme/layout/local.xml everything works and the block loads AJAX separately. Tell me what could be the problem?
