I'm trying to raise a test domain for a store on Magento.
After transferring the files and the database, it required the installation of ioncube.
Installed.

the ionCube PHP Loader + Intrusion Protection from ioncube24.com (disabled)

Magenta does not require Yoncube to install. Are you sure you downloaded the archive from offsite?
