Made a software project based on Windows 7 Embedded, now you need to update the whole thing?

Includes windows - services, php, java to control external devices, i.e. one directory with running programs.
At the moment, I'm running the services through the service loader, i.e. when the controller is rebooted, it checks for the presence in the service_name_new_1...service_name_new_2... service_name_new_n folder, if it finds it, it renames it to exe, all services depend on the service loader.
clumsy, but it works.
I upload the update via the web interface in an encrypted file, on the controller side everything is unpacked and waiting for a reboot.
Here's what I came up with :).
Did I do it all right?
Thank you.

- I mixed ice cream in one bowl (children love it), meatloaf with stewed potatoes (mmm, nutritious), coffee and black tea (I don’t know what the customer likes more), and passed it through the mixer to fit into the tube. Now this is breakfast for astronauts.
- Did I do everything right?

Sorry, but this is some kind of garbage, not a service. According to such a description, I would kick the performer out, and I also thought - is it worth paying for such shitty code.
Write, for starters, at least for yourself - the normal architecture of the application - technical specifications, components, database, network - everything you need for the correct operation of this project of yours, clearly, point by point, with detail.
and writing once is fine, but what you wrote reminds me of my stream of consciousness spaghetti code , written 5 years ago, which is now even scary to look at
