Macro to clear blank lines?

Hello. I'm not very good at VBA. Can you help write the script? The logic is this: in A - the key, and B and C - the list. it is necessary if A is empty, then in B and C find everything where there are records and raise them while A is empty. Further down, delete empty lines until A is empty. See example.
