Machine Learning (Jupyter Notebook) MAE Regression Models?

Hello! Please give me hints what I am doing wrong. For some reason, after each regression model, it shows the same MAE value for everyone. Why is that?!

I will assume that in this case both methods give identical results on the same training sample. Accordingly, the error is the same.
