MacBook Pro not seeing SSD diskutil, why?

The story is this, there is a MacBook Pro a1425 (early 2013), I decided to increase the memory. I found a branch that describes which disks and adapters are suitable. I bought an adapter, ssd Crucial P2 1TB. I inserted the disk through the adapter, I want to go into system recovery mode. I go into disk utility, it's not there (sadness). I find a way that in the terminal I need to try to unmount it. Alas, ah, but even the diskutil list command does not see it. Who faced such a problem, tell me what to do.

Most likely you have sata there, not nvme => ssd is not suitable
a1425 = MacBookPro10,2

• MacBook Air from Late 2010 to Mid 2011 (MacBookAir 3.1 to MacBookAir4.2)
• MacBook Pro Retina from mid 2012 to early 2013 ( MacBookPro10.1 to MacBookPro11.2 )
These two models above come with a M.2 AHCI SATA SSD and use a SATA interface. They are definitely not compatible with M.2 PCIe SSDs. The PCIe M.2 format looks very similar to the SATA M.2 format but it won't work.
