Macbook Pro freezes after installing SSD?

Hello.
Such a problem, after installing a 120 gb SSD in a MacBook Pro 13 mid 2012
It started to freeze a little, especially noticeable when you type and it hangs stupidly for a couple of seconds. What could be the problem?
The system was transferred from HDD to SSD using the Carbon Copy Cloner program
HDD is on optibay

There was such a problem that I was stupid, I solved it when I set the Mac from scratch, went into the disk utility, formatted it, then did a disk check and troubleshooting. I installed the axis and turned on the TRIM mode (mandatory for SSD) - it turns on through the terminal, sudo trimforce enable, then we confirm "Y" twice and everything seems to fly.
Alas, I can’t say about the transfer through Carbon Copy Cloner,
but what system did you roll? (I tried capitan and majave) cap works a little faster in tests
