MacBook Pro 13 Core i5 2017 with 16GB RAM and 128GB SSD, the perfect work machine for an Android developer?

Is this configuration enough to study and work as an Android developer? (Android Studio + Kotlin)
Programs that are enough for me:
1) Android Studio + Emulator (7 + 3 GB = 10 GB - the whole set)
2) Adobe Photoshop CC (18 GB - the program itself weighs so much, yes yes)
3) JDK (1 GB full Java support)
4) Mozilla Firefox (2 GB cache + own memory)
5) VS Code (4 GB full program external storage)
6) IntelliJ IDEA (12 GB own program + plugz)
7) CS:GO ( 8 GB full game)
8) Steam (2 GB full program size)
-------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------
65 GB required for these programs + 25 GB system
------------- -------------------------------------------------
Total 128 - 90 = 38 GB (30 GB for projects (only work on 1, max. 2)) - 8 GB to have
If I want to buy an external 8TB SSD

The ideal working machine for the above is a regular PC and not a laptop. In addition, a 13-inch screen will be pain and suffering. Well, besides, makos loves to eat RAM, caching everything that is possible and impossible there, for example, just a file cache can easily eat 6-8 gigabytes from the RAM. In addition, all macbooks have problems with cooling.
In general, as I wrote, it’s better to take a good solid PC, in extreme cases a good laptop into which to plug an ssd and hdd instead of a DVD drive and pour 32GB of RAM on top.

There is not enough RAM, 13" for coding - how little PPC.
