I live in Greece, ordered a new MacBook air2020 i7 16ramI waited a month and 2 weeks, since there is only an official reseller (ISYSTEM) upon arrival, I discovered this ailment, contacted the service (up to 7 days from the date of purchase), since the first poppy did not know whether this was the norm or not, in short, the point is that I don’t know how to fix it, reinstalled mac os the problem didn’t go away, when I wake up the laptop from sleep the system starts up, but the screen does not light up, I can print my finger and it will enter the system. The screen turns on only when I lift the left corner of the laptop, I think there is a problem with the magnet. I bought a laptop for 1700 euros (yes, it’s expensive for air). When I asked to change a defective laptop for a new one, they told me that they couldn’t do it and could only fix this one. What to do in such a situation? wrote to the apple forum they delete, called support in Greece, they said that they only solve the software problem. There are all the answers from Resseler. And well, he also turned to the organization for the initiation of the rights of the buyer, no answer, no hello. Has anyone had this kind of problem or the same situation?
