Macbook air 13" 4gb for layout designer?

I would like to buy such a laptop www.svyaznoy.ru/catalog/notebook/1738/1676595
The budget is up to 40k rubles, but I'm afraid that its power will not be enough
Tasks that will be performed:
- Photoshop
- Sublime Text
- Browser with several tabs
- Sometimes Windows in a virtual machine
- Connecting an external full hd

He has enough power. But the screen, or rather its size, is clearly not for layout

There should be enough power for layout, if you don’t run out of hardcore.
Only one question remains:
Why?
Why poppy, why from poppies exactly macbook (especially with a limited budget)?
It's easier\more efficient to assemble a full-fledged PC, with a couple of normal monitors.

On your knees make up poidot. But it's very limited. Take at least a macbook pro 15". It's not much anymore, but the quality of work improves significantly.
Everything will be fine, but make sure you have an SSD.
that's all 16. After all, in order for Windows to work normally, you need to give it at least
4GB.In any case, just try to find a replacement for all the programs on the poppy and do not use the virtual machine. At first, the usual software will be missed, but then you won’t even notice the difference.
