MacBook 13" 2015 how best to increase the space?

The crux of the matter is this. I want to increase the space on my MBP 13" 2015 with an SD card. Choice 2:
1. Transcend JetDrive Lite 330 at 256GB
2. SanDisk 256GB Micro SD SDXC Extreme U3 160MB/s + Baseqi / Nifty (MicroSD and adapter may be different
) the speed limit of the first one is 95R/60W
The second one does the same as the first, only the Micro SD flash drive can be faster.The
question is mainly in the bandwidth of the interface, adapter, will the second solution be faster?
There are people who use the first or second expansion method Is there anything you would like to warn about?

Used the second option. I took a sandisk 200gb flash drive and an 8mobility adapter. There were virtual machines on the flash drive, everything worked pretty fast. I myself thought about transcend, but a flash drive is more convenient.
