Hi everybody! How often I encounter the following problem: I create any file in OSX in notepad, in a text editor, in any program > save > on Windows I see cracks ...
How to solve these problems and automatically translate all saved files into one understandable for everyone encoding?

Well, if you use a sublime thread, then you need to specify the encoding when creating the cp1251 file so that it opens in Windows, and in Windows you can use notepad ++
