Mac development in Xamarin
Gentlemen, I started developing for the poppy in Xamarin and ran into some problems: the syntax in c # is very different when interacting with the UI, I would like to read anything on this topic in Russian, because the guide and examples on the site are very scarce and a little stupid, and the second problem is that the programs are not compiled in Release mode, as I understand it, some kind of developer key / certificate is needed for this, but I can’t figure out where to get it and how to use it

Kokoulin, There is always less documentation in Russian than in English. Xamarin has made bindings for native frameworks, so it's best to read the Apple documentation at https://developer.apple.com/
It's clear that the Objective-C syntax is different from the C# syntax, but the Xamarin guys tried to make sure that the classes/methods/ the parameters were named the same as in Objective-C. You'll get used to it soon and you'll be streaming on the fly :) You
can buy licenses in the Xamarin store https://store.xamarin.com/
