Are there regular tools that automatically understand Russian legislation (permanent transitions to winter time and vice versa), and then hop, first at +4 they switched to constant, and then again at +3. Or how can one elegantly learn to manage time in lua? As part of the task, you must correctly get the day from the timestamp.
