Low poly water in unity?

How can I make low poly animated water in Unity as easy as possible? I thought that the easiest way is to deform the mesh randomly every second, to bend somehow or something else like that, does anyone have a link to the documentation?
(On the Internet, from useful only deformation in a collision, etc., not particularly suitable)
