Low fps in VS WPF, what to do?

Processor: Ryzen r5 3550H
RAM: 8 GB
SSD

VS itself does not lag, but the form where the application elements are placed lags, low FPS, what should I do?
When moving, resizing, etc. object everything happens with very low fps (Approximately 1-5 fps)
In winforms everything flies, but here it lags
