Lots of events and Webpack?

I write jQuery plugins, then I compile them all into one script using Webpack.

I have an event in almost every plugin. Does it load the computer? Each plugin works on its own page. There are some global plugins. For example, the plugin works on its page, then you switch to another one, this element on which the handler was hung up no longer exists, that is, the event is idle. Is this normal practice?
