Lost settings in Visual Studio Code. How to fix?

Hello.
After updating VS Code to 1.30.0, emmet and other settings fell off.
What worked for me, and now fell off:
1. Emmet stopped expanding attributes in tags. Throws the error Running the contributed command:'emmet.expandAbbreviation' failed.
Google gives such errors from 2017, without an explicit solution. I also found such a bug in beta 1.30 on github in issues, but it stands with the status fixed, but only now it still pops up for me.
2. If I click on a tag, it does not highlight the closing tag, but began to highlight all such tags in general.
3. If I previously pressed enter between paired tags, then he put an empty line and made one indent. Now it just wraps to the next line without indenting.

Plz tell me how to fix this?

UPD: They recognized it as a bug and fixed it in version 1.30.1. Everything is working now.
