Lost an old test task. Maybe it's lying around where you have it?

A year or two ago, I ran into a test task of one programming office, its essence is something like this:

• Got a stack
  
• Control commands are sent to the stack (jump, delete(?), move, add)
  
• After passing the commands, get the phrase using numbers as argument to chr()
  

Somehow I didn’t immediately solve the issue, but now I remembered, I wanted to do it.
