The problem was solved by deleting the /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf file under root.
You don't see a list of active networks? or the history of connecting to networks?
1. After what all the networks disappeared? -> Did you update the firmware by chance?
2. Have you tried connecting to Wi-Fi in other places?
3. Clear the cache of all applications and check for viruses.
