Lost access to the computer under windows 7 from O! Play HDP-R1

The situation is this: password access is configured from O! Play HDP-R1 to a computer under windows 7 where the films are located.
After installing a photo album from the Windows Live package, access is lost, the player sees the computer but does not let it write Logon Fail.
I was convinced of this 2 times, after the first time I reinstalled windows.
Suspicions that the dog is buried in the “Credential Manager”, since the General Credentials item contains the date the photo album was installed.

Total:
1. Deleted the virtualapp/didlogical entry in Credential Manager/General Credentials
2. Deleted the photo album.
Everything fell into place.
