Loss of image quality in Responsive layout, how to win?

Hello,
I'm building a website in WP. Responsive theme.
There was a problem with low-quality pictures in the product catalog:
rosdes.ru/shop . The pictures are blurry.
For comparison, here is a picture cut out from a screenshot of the site:
44ff99d79093465e98119b683778aa5a.jpg
The same, only enlarged:

Obviously, the quality loss occurs when the browser tries to reduce the image, although it does not need to do this at all. After all, the picture already has a resolution of 182x200. And in the catalog it is also shown as 182x200. Only the quality is lost.
What to do with layout?

Only one line helped me:
In function.php of the theme.

I suspect that the settings of the image resizing function of WP itself are to blame. Here's something I found. It turns out WP compresses with 90% quality.

Just don't understand where to insert the code specified by the author of the article? In the theme's function.php or?
