Looking for an analogue of RRD?

In fact, RRD suits (with reservations), but we really need the ability to enter data not sequentially (ABSOLUTE data type), but for any points in time. Technically, even RRD itself could do this (for the ABSOLUTE type, of course), but alas, it does not support and is not going to (
Maybe someone knows a similar system for accumulating statistics and then drawing them as png graphs?
