Long scheduling in the print queue, how to find the cause?

Good afternoon.
There was a problem with scheduling the print.
There were no updates, installations of new devices and other things.
Those. the sending to the printer itself is normal, but queuing takes up to 3-5 minutes from any program. It doesn't matter if it's a document or a picture.
Restarted the spooler and the print spooler service, did not help.
Windows 8 operating system
The print queue itself is located on ssd, changed to another disk, it did not help.
Tell me, in which direction to dig?
PS I found the following error in the log:

The printer queue failed to load plug-in C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\E_IUICBUP.DLL

I ran chkdsk and found no problems.
I tried to completely rearrange the printer driver, did not help.
I tried another printer, before that it did not connect to this computer at all, the situation is the same. Therefore, not firewood and printers, but something with a print service or a spooler.

@PavelK

Found the reason.
In ProcessExplorer, I set the process name winword.exe filter, enabled autoscrolling, and sent a printout.
Braked when reading / writing C:\ProgramData\EPSON\PRINTER\EPAUDF01.AUD
demolished nafig - it helped. The reason why it started, and did not find out ...
