Long http request from mobile application?

There is a site on React and a mobile application on React Native. Work on rest api with back.
The same request from the browser takes an average of 300ms, and from the application more than 1000ms. The requests are exactly the same. From postman requests work like from a browser 300ms.
What can be wrong?

Network latency first. Put them in the same network and then the results are likely to be close.
