Long downtime without maintenance of SQL Server 1C. what consequences?

Good afternoon!
I fell into the hands of a SQL 1c database that was not touched in any way and was not automatically serviced, now I launched the
Check Database Integrity Task->Rebuild Index Task->Update Statistics Task->Execute T-SQL Statement Task->Back Up Database Task plan
Which was created earlier by someone, it has been running for 2 days already.
The base has not been touched since 2018, tell me if it makes sense to wait more?
or is it better to treat it differently
in SQL databases, I don’t understand the word at all.

When working, the database performs authorization and when performing any wiring, it just hangs
. The database itself is very necessary)

@jesterOK

It happens. And I'll tell you when - when! When sessions hang in 1C. Kill them either through the cluster, or whatever you have there. After that, the database will quickly perform all operations. Otherwise, it will hang forever)
How does 1C work for you there?
