logitech wireless mouse not working

I bought myself a logitech m705 wireless mouse and a k270 keyboard. I brought it home, the receiver blew up (unifying which), Windows wrote that the driver was successfully installed, but neither the mouse nor the keyboard worked. And if you reboot and go into the BIOS, then the keyboard works there (I can’t check the mouse in the BIOS). Why don't mouse and keyboard work in Windows?
I have previously used an A4Tech wireless kit, which worked and continues to work without problems. Could it be the issue? I tried to demolish the firewood for all HID-compatible devices in the device manager and plug the receiver again, everything repeated: Windows wrote that the firewood was installed, but the mouse and keyboard refused to work.
Logitech support is silent (wrote them a letter a couple of days ago). I hope for your help.

I have a mouse 185 with a conventional transmitter,
then I bought a Claudia 360 with it, the transmitter
was installed from the site with their software for control
through it, it was possible for both devices to work through unifying,
try
