Logitech doesn't have an international warranty?

I bought one of the most expensive Logitech mice in the American Amazon, delivered it in Russia through an intermediary. The mouse turned out to be defective, it simply cannot work. I called the Russian representative office of Logitech, they said that they do not have an international guarantee and I need to go to the country where I bought it. Is it true?
I opened a case on their website with a question, but no one answered. Are there any solutions to the problem?

What does really mean?
Under local law, you are their local legal entity. You cannot force a person. Since it (this local legal entity) did not sell anything to you.
Which is logical. Local profits have not been received from you, therefore, they do not have money for warranty repairs at their expense. What did you think? Warranty repairs are included in the price of the product.
2 ways:
1. Negotiate with the locals
2. Write to the parent company to tell the locals ayayay.
In any case, the source of goodwill on the part of Logitech is Logitech itself.
Whatever you find on the Internet, you cannot force them.
